Attorneys

Attorneys Bradley T. Beckman and Alisa P. Marion represent seriously injured victims of medical malpractice. We are also engaged by those who have suffered as a result of construction/workplace accidents and transportation disasters. We pride ourselves on providing an unparalleled level of personalized representation for every client.

From your first meeting with Beckman & Marion until your case is resolved – and often long thereafter – you will experience our passion, determination, and that quality most rare in our field, humanity. Because we are trial lawyers, we are willing to take every case to the jury for a verdict.

We understand that a prompt and thorough investigation is often the difference between winning and losing, and we employ the finest investigators so that we can learn what happened, and why. We hire only nationally qualified expert witnesses because we recognize that juries and insurance companies want to hear what happened from the best and the brightest. As a result, many of our cases settle before trial because the defendants also recognize our passion, our preparation, and our dedication to our clients.

Bradley T. Beckman

Brad Beckman is among the most battle-tested trial lawyers in the nation, with more than 20 years of courtroom experience. Since graduating the prestigious University of Pennsylvania Law School, Brad has devoted himself to achieving the maximum results possible for each and every client.

Using cutting edge litigation practices, Brad represents those who have sustained severe injury as a result of medical malpractice, aviation disasters, traffic accidents, construction site and workplace mishaps, and negligent product manufacturers.

Brad’s legal expertise is not just evident in the courtroom or in his distinguished “larger-than-life” presence. Brad leads his fellow attorneys through a case from discovery to settlement or trial. Even after the verdict has been returned, Brad remains a sensitive yet powerful advocate for his clients and their causes years beyond the resolution of the case.

Following his grandfather, grandmother and father, Brad is a third-generation trial attorney and is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Florida.

Alisa P. Marion

Alisa has committed herself to representing seriously injured people throughout her career. These cases have involved many types of tragic medical mistakes that have caused permanent, life changing harm to her clients, such as delays in diagnosis, emergency room errors, surgical mistakes, post-surgical errors by residents and nursing staff, and obstetrical negligence resulting in brain injury to children at birth. Alisa’s unique compassion for her clients, combined with a tenacious professional style, has earned her the love, admiration and respect of both her clients and her peers.

Alisa received her B.A. with Honors from LaSalle University and her J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law. Alisa has received the prestigious American Jurisprudence Award for Advocacy, and has been a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum since her first multi-million dollar verdict for a client, which she won while only a few years out of law school.

Alisa is admitted to the Pennsylvania and New Jersey bars, and is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the District of New Jersey. She is admitted to the Bar of the Supreme Court of the United States.
